INROADS Professionals (iPROS) enables you to network with recent graduates, mid-career and experienced level professionals who might fit your current full-time hiring needs. The program has 2 components:

  • Future Leaders Program (FLP) - Candidate pool of entry-level, mid-career and experienced level professionals actively seeking career opportunities with INROADS Corporate Clients. FLP Includes:
    • New graduates that have completed the INROADS Training Process

    • INROADS alumni and fellows of all experience levels

  • INROADS Alumni E-blast - community of 30,000+ alumni to review and apply for your open positions
